Esmé Smith and Sofía Pérez (Wesleyan University Human Rights Advocacy Minor Students, Wesleyan ‘25) explore Escuela de Mecánica de la Armada (ESMA) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the clandestine detention center where the desaparecidos, 'the disappeared,' were held against their will, tortured, and killed.
