César Rodríguez-Garavito, Advisory Board
César Rodríguez-Garavito is co-founder and senior researcher of the Center for Law, Justice, and Society (Dejusticia) and the founding director of the Program on Global Justice and Human Rights at the University of the Andes (Colombia). He is the founder of JustLabs, a space for incubating innovations and collaborations in the human rights field. Rodríguez-Garavito holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, M.A.s from New York University and the National University of Colombia, and a J.D. from University of the Andes. His recent publications include Business and Human Rights: Beyond the End of the Beginning (Cambridge University Press, editor) and Radical Deprivation on Trial: The Impact of Judicial Activism on Socioeconomic Rights in the Global South (Cambridge University Press, co-author). Rodríguez-Garavito is a board member of WITNESS, the Business and Human Rights Resource Center, OpenGlobalRights, the Annual Review of Law & Social Science, and the Business & Human Rights Journal.
